commissioned portraits
Current Commission Status:
Open September 2026
What is a custom portrait commission?
A custom portrait is an original piece of artwork created specifically for you. Commission a portrait of yourself, someone you love, or someone you’d like to celebrate through my original creations.
How It Works
Begin by submitting a description of the portrait you envision, including any preferences for style, mood, colors, symbolism, or details you would like incorporated. Or, you may choose to give me complete creative freedom and allow the artwork to unfold entirely through my interpretation.
Additional elements and ideas can be explored during the drawing phase of the commission.
**I accept a limited number of commissions each month.
Once your commission request has been reviewed and accepted, you will be asked to provide a photograph of the person you would like portrayed. This will serve as the primary reference for your artwork.
From there, we’ll connect through your preferred method — email or phone — to discuss the vision, size, style, timeline, and final details of your commission.
Whether you arrive with a specific vision or entrust the creative direction entirely to Bonaly Creations,
each commissioned portrait is created as an original work of art specifically for you.
